User Accounts: The site allows users to book appointments for services. No account registration is required. But users must need to provide accurate personal information to complete bookings. 

Services: We offer mobile, PC, laptop, iPhone, iPad, tablet, gaming console repair services and data recovery services for various electronic gadgets. These services are provided on the basis on availability & feasibility. 

Payment Information: We accept all major payment gateways. Payment for services is required at the time of booking or completion of the service. 

Third Party Links: The site may contain links to third party websites or services. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of these third party websites. Accessing these links is done at your own risk. 

Limitation of Liability: The services and content on the website are provided “as is”. The Mobile Hub isn’t liable for any damages arising from the use of the website including data loss, device damage, or service failure. 

Return/Refund Policy: 

  1. No refunds are available once repairs have started. Partial refunds may be given if the service is canceled before work begins. 
  2. If a repair cannot be completed, there is no charge will be applied for the repair service. A diagnostic fee may still apply. 
  3. Non-refundable once initiated, unless successful, in which case a partial fee may be refunded. 

Privacy & Data Use: We do not collect personal data unless you book an appointment. Your data will be used solely to process your booking and provide services. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website. If you violate any of these terms, engage in fraudulent activities or abuse our service.  

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Australia. If informal negotiation doesn’t resolve the issue, disputes will be handled via arbitration or, if required, through the courts in (Brisbane/Queensland), Australia.
