We run gaming console repairs out of our Annerley, West End, Kelvin Grove, and Gladstone locations, and it’s the kind of work our team genuinely enjoys. Consoles come in with all sorts of problems, and more often than not, we’ve already seen that exact issue before.

PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, doesn’t matter which one you’ve got. We handle both the hardware and the software side of things. A console with no HDMI output, one that won’t power on at all, one that keeps overheating and shutting itself off mid-game, a handheld that’s stopped charging properly, a disc drive that’s jammed, or Wi-Fi that keeps dropping mid-match. We see all of it, pretty regularly actually.

We use quality replacement parts, not whatever’s cheapest, because a console that breaks again in a month isn’t a real fix. Same-day turnaround is possible for a lot of jobs, and we’ll always tell you the price upfront before we touch anything.

Controllers are their own thing. Sticky triggers, buttons that don’t register, stick drift, a controller that just won’t pair anymore, we get a lot of these through the door. Every one gets tested properly before it goes back to you. You’ll notice the difference the next time you’re mid-match.
